Update on free swimming for Over 60s: Following the recent announcement from the Government's Department for Culture, Media and Sport, free swimming will end on the 31st July 2010. All customers affected by the change have been contacted directly - should you require any further information, please contact your nearest leisure centre.

AQUA YOGA SESSIONS STARTING TUESDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 11am- This is a calming and soothing experience, using water combined with classical yoga to develop a new and exciting concept. It encourages the use of core muscles, and allows for more height in extensions and the use of buoyancy allows the flowing movements to become more graceful and achievable. This session is suitable for all ages and abilities.
